VSI Brings World-Class E-Contact Center Application to AGFA-Gevaert GroupWorld's Leading Imaging Company Enhances Customer Service and Retention Throughout Europe, United States and AustraliaSeptember 19, 2000 - Cincinnati, OH - As the complexity of customer interaction increases, Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), a provider of next generation electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) for call centers, today announced that the Agfa-Gevaert Group has selected VSI to streamline the AGFA call center. VSI is engaged to resell and implement NextPage's Content Network Solution, Live Publish, in addition to integrating SAP into AGFA's Melbourne, Munich and New York offices where AGFA is currently using VSI's e-call center solution, PowerHelp® Millennium."PowerHelp® Millennium is the backbone of AGFA’s 7/24 global service operation. VSI will deploy Live Publish, a software tool that automates the information delivery process, as well as, integrating SAP to assemble and distribute AGFA's electronic information via the Internet and corporate portal. This project is expected to provide a more scalable platform while maximizing system uptime and supporting the distribution of call center software functions.
