business intelligence today announced that it has been selected to deliver a multi-million dollar ULTRA Intelligent Recording solution for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service
(IRS).
The IRS has one of the world's largest customer service organizations with 46 contact centers and 18,000 agents handling 42 million tax inquires each year. The agency will
implement ULTRA at certain contact centers as part of its ongoing strategy to provide world-class customer service to the nation's more than 100 million individual and
corporate tax filers. The ULTRA solution will be delivered to the IRS in conjunction with Verint partner, Aspect Communications.
