Firstlogic Integration Achieves PeopleSoft Certification

New solution provides integration between Firstlogic’s Information Quality Suite and PeopleSoft CRM 8.4


LA CROSSE, Wis. – November 4, 2002 – Firstlogic, Inc., a global provider of

Quality Link integration for PeopleSoft CRM version 8.4 has been certified
by PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT), the world’s leading provider of
application software for the real-time enterprise.  Using Firstlogic’s Data
Quality Link for PeopleSoft CRM, organizations can incorporate powerful
information quality capabilities into their enterprise environments to
improve the accuracy and consistency of the data in their systems.  The
solution locates and eliminates redundant data and duplicate records as well
as standardizes and organizes customer information into a single, unified
view.

The Data Quality Link for PeopleSoft CRM—which integrates Firstlogic’s
information quality solutions into the PeopleSoft CRM pure internet
architecture—can be used in real-time or batch mode.  Customer information
can be cleansed at the point of entry or in a single pass batch processing
of a complete data file.  A key component of the solution is Firstlogic’s
advanced matching and consolidation functionality, which enables PeopleSoft
CRM users to locate duplicate data from a PeopleSoft database as well as
effectively manage that information.  In addition, the solution provides
support for cleansing and standardizing address information at the domestic
and international levels, providing significant value to multinational
organizations utilizing data from a variety of geographic regions.
