PeopleSoft® Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for its new Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN). Inmarsat selected PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM
for its embedded analytics, rich application functionality and integration framework, and will deploy the solution to automate key sales and marketing business processes.
The PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM solution will provide London-based Inmarsat visibility into the order management process, allowing the company to track customer orders for
satellite communications services in real time. Inmarsat will also be able to conduct in-depth analysis of its customer base, improving its ability to target and retain its most
valuable customers.

Inmarsat purchased the following PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM 8.8 applications in the second quarter of 2003: Communications, Sales, Order Capture, Order Capture Self-
Service, Support, Support for Employee Self-Service, Marketing, Online Marketing and MultiChannel Interactions. Danet, a systems integrator (SI) based in Germany, will
implement the new system.
