Internet Security Systems Selects TSC for PeopleSoft 8 Implementation
Rapidly Expanding Mid-Market Company to See Significantly Reduced Costs-Per-Applicant During Critical Recruiting and Hiring Process

extended enterprises, today announced that it has been selected by Internet Security Systems, Inc. (ISS) (Nasdaq: ISSX - news), a leading global provider of security
management solutions for the Internet, to implement PeopleSoft's (Nasdaq: PSFT - news) Human Resources Management solution. The first PeopleSoft applications to be
implemented include Human Resources, Benefits Administration and Payroll Interfaces, as well as several new collaborative applications.
ISS will be able to manage its human resources business processes on-line, from web-based recruiting and selection to benefits enrollment to compensation and
performance management. PeopleSoft's web interface and employee/manager self-service access to HR information will enable ISS to manage and report employee profile
data on a real-time basis for all locations.
After the project's completion, ISS plans to realize savings from a cost and efficiency perspective in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits administration,
reporting, and compliance. The overall goal is to build a human resource technology infrastructure to prepare and support the company's long-term growth strategy.
