Studies) today announced that Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center expanded its relationship with PeopleSoft by licensing PeopleSoft's Supplier
Relationship Management (SRM) and Enterprise Portal in the first quarter of 2003. The Boston-based hospital licensed PeopleSoft SRM to streamline the procure-to-pay
process with its suppliers, and the Enterprise Portal to simplify employee access to information and applications.
A PeopleSoft human resources customer since 1991, Beth Israel Deaconess was faced with replacing its legacy materials management applications. Beth Israel
Deaconess chose PeopleSoft SRM because of PeopleSoft's depth of functionality, ease of use and low integration costs.
