Expands Global Distribution Efforts for Award-Winning FootPrints Software

EDISON, NJ (September 12, 2000) - UniPress Software, Inc., a leading provider of issue tracking and help desk software, today announced that it has partnered with Marketing Outsource International (MOI), a leading European IT consulting and software distribution company, to expand its global distribution efforts to Continental Europe. Through the agreement, MOI will serve as the exclusive distributor of FootPrints® , UniPress’ web-based issue tracking and help desk software, to customers and resellers throughout Continental Europe.

Designed specifically for departments within large organizations and small- to mid-sized businesses, FootPrints offers a 100% web-based system to support a broad range of internal and external service, support and project management activities, including customer relationship management (CRM) and help desk operations, as well as development, consulting and sales activities.
