TriVium Systems Announces SIMPLeRM, An Affordable Relationship Management Solution for Small-Medium Businesses

DCI’s CRM Demo and Conference, Los Angeles, Calif. – November 1, 2000 - TriVium Systems, Inc., a leading provider of simple, affordable, integrated eCRM solutions, today announced SimpleRM™, a 100% web-based suite of CRM applications that gives growing businesses leading-edge capabilities in managing their sales, marketing campaign, customer care and eBusiness functions.

Designed for the unique needs of mid to small-sized companies, SimpleRM seamlessly brings together information coming from all customer touch points – email, web chat, web forms, PDA’s, wireless, phone and fax – to integrate all customer interactions and offer personalized service without the hassle of piecing information together from different applications.  SimpleRM also automates information and process flows between internal departments and external suppliers and partners, providing companies a solution to manage, track and optimize interactions to grow their businesses.

SimpleRM’s workflow engine automates processes across sales, marketing and customer service functions including eBusiness and partner management.  And within each department, SimpleRM provides easy-to-use tools to quickly create sophisticated business process flows, including skills-based routing, so companies can adapt to -- even anticipate -- changes in their business environment, customer preferences or competitors’ strategies in real-time without the need for programming.  For example, managers can set up processes to automatically pass leads and incidents between departments and users, retrieve data from other internal systems such as accounting or order entry, and escalate time-sensitive inquiries.  Using SimpleRM, a business manager can even test old process flows with new ones to measure improvement or degradation before implementing across the organization.
