Support.com Announces its 2001 Worldwide User Forum

Industry Experts and Global 2000 Companies to Reveal how Support Automation is Re-Shaping the Enterprise

The 2001 forum, co-sponsored by IBM, will take place October 22-23, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA.

The annual two-day symposium is designed to provide attendees with insight into the support automation market. The agenda includes the latest information on Support.com products and services, as well as a glimpse into the essential role of support in the future, as technology becomes even more central to both professional and personal needs and lifestyles.
