appointed senior vice president of worldwide sales and services. In this new position, Van Siclen will be responsible for the Company's worldwide sales and customer facing
services operations, including SupportSoft's direct sales, channels and managed service provider business, and SupportSoft Global Services.
Van Siclen brings to SupportSoft a wealth of experience and expertise in managing and growing global enterprise sales, field services and business operations. Prior to
SupportSoft, Van Siclen was a key member of the Interwoven, Inc. senior management team that turned Interwoven into the leading enterprise content management
company. During his tenure with Interwoven, he most recently held the position of President and CEO and prior to that President and COO. In these roles, he was
responsible for Interwoven's overall sales, services, product and operational strategies. Before joining Interwoven, Van Siclen served as President and CEO and senior vice
president of sales and marketing for Perspecta, a leading business intelligence software company. Van Siclen has held senior sales management positions at companies
such as Informix Software and NetFrame Systems.
