ePartners Introduces New Supplier Integration Services; Offering Extends Supplier Enablement Solution

   DALLAS--Nov. 6, 2001--ePartners Inc.
announced the launch of a comprehensive set of services to help
companies design, develop and deploy integrated, end-to-end supplier
enablement solutions. By leveraging ePartners Supplier Integration
Services, customers can capitalize on business-to-business integration
points, such as publishing catalogs, receiving electronic orders and
allowing customer configuration of products.
"ePartners has worked closely with Microsoft to deliver solutions,
including being named Microsoft Great Plains Partner of the Year in
2001 and we're happy to see them expanding to support the Microsoft
Solution for Supplier Enablement," said Tom Rizzo, Microsoft's group
solutions manager. "Customers have told us they want to have greater
business efficiencies and reduced operating and implementation costs,
the Microsoft Solution for Supplier Enablement delivers on this and
ePartners provides services which customers can use to help deploy the
solution."
ePartners can extend the Microsoft Supplier Enablement Solution so
companies benefit from features such as real-time order integration,
customer-specific pricing, customer-specific products and
personalization. Customer benefits include the ability to integrate
systems with multiple eMarketplaces, build new sales channels,
increase order throughput with streamlined ordering and reduce
order-processing costs.
By working with ePartners to design and deploy a comprehensive
supplier enablement solution, leading rubber stamp manufacturer Mark
Master, reduced operational costs by $200,000 a year. "We are
forecasting 35 percent growth as a result of the implementation which
could bring in an additional $1.7 million in revenue in the coming
year," said Kevin Govin, Mark Master's chief operating officer.
