TeleSpear Technologies Earns Siemens Ready Certification

New York – July 27, 2001 – TeleSpear Technologies today announced that WebLink, has completed testing in Siemens Enterprise Networks Siemens Ready™ Developer Support Program for operation with the company’s HicomÒ 300, Hicom 330, Hicom 150 H and HiPath ProCenterä communications platforms.
Siemens Enterprise Networks LLC, a pacesetter in multimedia IP communications with its HiPath™ convergence architecture, offers real-world solutions that enable enterprise customers to deploy Siemens HiPath technology at their own pace, often utilizing their current infrastructure. Testing and certification were conducted at Siemens’ labs in Santa Clara, California.

“While going through the Siemens Ready testing process at the Siemens Ready labs it was amazing to see how well TeleSpear’s WebLink performed on Siemens platforms in just three hours.  WebLink’s quick and seamless integration once again demonstrates our commitment to meeting our customers’ needs and leveraging investments in their existing contact center infrastructure” said Aviv Yam-Shahor, CEO.

“We are pleased that TeleSpear Technologies has participated in the Siemens ReadyTM program," said Mark Cheeseman, product manager for the Siemens Ready Program, Siemens.  “With the Siemens certification TeleSpear’s customers can be assured that WebLink works seamlessly in the Siemens environment.”

WebLink is a cost-effective, risk-free, timesaving solution that turns any legacy call center or office phone system into a Web-enabled full-service contact center handling both PSTN and Internet calls. WebLink, an integrated hardware and software solution, installs in less than one working day with no downtime in current call-center operations. WebLink is designed to provide small and medium enterprise (SME) call centers with the strongest return on investment in the market.

Deploying WebLink is plug-and-play. The only connection required is the WebLink hardware to the call center’s PBX via analog or PRI trunks. Even though WebLink incorporates Internet calls into the existing PBX, ACD, Billing, CRM, CTI and Reporting packages, its installation requires no changes to or integration with these systems. Agents use the same handsets or headsets.

Vendors who display the Siemens Ready logo on their product demonstrate that they have tested this product in the Siemens Ready labs to ensure connectivity to specific Siemens systems. Because many products have similar features and functions, customers are advised to check with a Siemens sales representative to ensure the best solution for their specific application requirements.
