Two Colorado Software Companies Form Alliance
TeamShare, Inc. and SCM Labs Enter Into Referral Partnership Agreement
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (August 4, 2000) - TeamShare, Inc. announced today that it has developed a referral partnership agreement with the Denver-based consulting firm, SCM Labs, Inc.SCM Labs is a full service professional consulting organization. They are dedicated to helping clients realize significant improvement in the management of their software development efforts by partnering with clients to implement strategic software configuration management (SCM) solutions. These solutions create a real competitive advantage for clients by allowing them to better manage change, while increasing productivity and quality.
“TeamShare’s tTrack problem and defect tracking solution provides an excellent complement to our integrated end to end Software Configuration Management Solutions,” said Steve Konieczka, executive vice president and chief operating officer at SCM Labs. “This partnership will provide a higher quality, more complete solution to the market.”
SCM Labs will recommend TeamShare’s tTrack product to its clients in need of a problem and defect tracking tool; clients with a need for customer service/help desk software will be referred to tSupport. TeamShare, in turn, will recommend SCM Labs to their clients that show a need expertise in the software configuration arena. As a result, each company’s relationships with its customers are strengthened by its ability to more thoroughly meet the client’s needs.
