TeamShare Inc, announces reseller partnershipsNew alliance program debuts with five partnersCOLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (August 6, 2001) – TeamShare, Inc., a leading developer of Web-architected collaboration software, has signed five companies into the TeamShare Alliance Program since the program’s inception in June.The TeamShare Alliance Program uses the TeamTrack platform to meet the individual needs of various companies that want to incorporate TeamShare’s industry-leading process management software into their own product and service offerings. It is designed to provide companies with the information, technology and support they need to solve the complex business process management needs of their clients and to grow their own businesses. “Our goal is to best serve both new and existing customers by working with organizations that can provide tailored TeamTrack solutions across many industries and add value for our customers,” said Dave Fuino, director of channel development for TeamShare. “By applying their own best practices and industry knowledge to the creation and delivery of TeamTrack solutions, our partners enable customers to satisfy critical collaboration and process management objectives.” All five companies joined as Solution Providers, meaning they are certified by TeamShare to sell, implement and support TeamShare products. As alliance partners, each organization gains the capacity to generate additional revenue, supplement its in-house capabilities while at the same time adding to its own service offerings. Banking Information Systems specializes in the development of banking information systems for the Russian and Baltic markets; Noble Systems, based in Australia, provides software development and support services related to business and accounting systems; Dynamic Computer Services is one of the oldest software resellers in India, providing sales and support of licensed software products; Hanul IT provides systems integration and software development services in South Korea; and, Delta Environmental Consultants is a U.S. based company that offers solutions to environment-related business problems.
