Former Microsoft Executive Paul Maritz Joins Talisma Corporation Board of Directors-- Board membership validates Talisma's CRM technology, India business model and growing position in the CRM market --SEATTLE, September 29, 2001 - Talisma® Corporation today announced that Paul Maritz has joined the company as an investor and a member of Talisma's board of directors. Maritz is a retired Microsoft Corporation executive, with 14 years at the company, most recently as group vice president for the company's Platforms Strategy and Developer Group."I am very excited to have Paul join our board," said Pradeep Singh, founder and CEO of Talisma. Previously, Maritz managed the company's efforts for Microsoft Windows® and Office. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Business Leadership Team, Maritz played an important role in helping guide Microsoft's strategy and business planning over the years. Before joining Microsoft, Maritz worked for Intel Corporation for five years.
