Leading pure play business process outsourcing company selects emerging leader in the CRM market

SEATTLE and LONDON, September 9, 2002 – Talisma Corporation, one of the emerging leaders in the customer relationship management (CRM) market, today announced that its flagship service solution has been selected by Xchanging to be incorporated into Peopleportal, a fully integrated service delivery platform developed by Xchanging.

Mr. Steve Bowen, Practice Director of Technology at Xchanging, said, “We went through a rigorous evaluation process when looking for a CRM solutions vendor.  Talisma perfectly fit the bill, with one solution that could fulfill all our requirements across all the elements of CRM including service, sales and marketing.”

Tim Vaughan, European Sales Director at Talisma, commented, “We are absolutely delighted with this win and our partnership with Xchanging since both companies represent something that is new and exciting in our respective markets.  Talisma's key differentiation in the CRM market of being able to deploy flexible and intuitive CRM software rapidly was key to this success.  With each win we continue to justify that what companies really want from CRM software is rapid return on investment through rapid software deployment and use-based evolution.”
