SSPA Europe Forms Advisory Board

(San Diego, CA December 14) – The Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and the SSPA Europe announced today the formation of the SSPA Europe Advisory Board. The SSPA Europe is one of the Supportgate.com communities that also include the Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA), The Service Vendor Alliance (SVA) and The Technical Support Professionals Society (TSPS). The Advisory Board Members will provide SSPA Europe with insight and the “pulse” of what are the changing and unique needs of support professionals in Europe and the UK.

“SSPA Europe is establishing a first-class Advisory Board who will help guide our organization into the future,” said Bill Rose, SSPA Founder/Executive Director. “Real- world insight from service executives who live and work in the European Community is essential to the success of the SSPA Europe.”

The Advisory Board serves as a key component of the organization, helping guide the direction SSPA Europe takes and roles SSPA Europe plays for Members. They will be involved in helping set agendas for SSPA Europe Executive Forums, speaking at the Events, reviewing SSPA Europe Member benefits, judging SSPA Europe Awards Programs and provide the critical link between SSPA Europe and SSPA North America. Through their efforts, they will help expand the Membership benefits and maintain SSPA Europe as the Number One Member Association in the European service and support industry.
