SSPA Partners With IDCTo Provide “Analyst Insight” For Supportweek Infoletter(San Diego, November 20, 2001) – The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the leading industry Association for IT support professionals, today announced that IDC will provide unique content for the “Analyst Insight”- section of the SSPA Supportweek Infoletter.
