SSPA Launches New Survey

(San Diego, CA November 8, 2001) – The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the leading industry Association for IT support professionals, today announced that it has launched the first stage of The SSPA 2001 Survey that is located online at www.supportgate.com. The first stage involves data input and IT Industry service and support professionals are invited to log on at http://www.insightexpress.com/s/dda32772.asp to complete the survey. The Survey is the fourth in a series of annual surveys used to provide a comprehensive review of service industry practices, performance indicators and operational metrics.

“Over the years, the SSPA Survey has provided a wealth of bench-marking data for tech support Managers around the world,” said Bill Rose, SSPA Founder/Executive Director. “This annual survey provides us with an unique snapshot and an insiders view on how tech support is delivered.”

The SSPA 2001 Survey has been developed through a Partnership with InsightExpress. The Survey is divided into 11 Sections with numerous questions in each Section.
