Supportgate.com partners with SupportPlaza, Inc. To Create Supportgate Central

(San Diego, CA October 25, 2000) – Two leading organizations in online service and support, Supportgate.com and SupportPlaza, Inc, announced today an agreement to create an area of Supportgate.com to be known as Supportgate Central. Visitors to Supportgate.com will be able to search and immediately locate resources to assist in their technical support management and customer service. The agreement catapults Supportgate.com to the leading edge of support industry resources and enables Supportgate.com to better fulfill member communities’ needs. In addition, SupportPlaza, Inc. has joined Supportgate.com’s Service Vendor Alliance (SVA), a membership organization dedicated to bringing IT service and support buyers and sellers together online.
