ClientLogic Receives 2000 STAR Award

September 19, 2000 (Nashville, TN) — ClientLogic has been presented with the 2000 Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) award for high call volume. The Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA) bestows STAR awards each year to software and technical support professionals for outstanding accomplishments and superior performance in the delivery of technical support to external customers.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, ClientLogic is an international provider of integrated customer relationship management solutions including marketing, customer-contact management, and fulfillment services for e-commerce and technology companies.

The award was presented September 18 at the SSPA Horizons 2001 Conference dinner in Orlando, FL. On receiving the award, Tom Farrell, chief of solution delivery for ClientLogic, noted, “It’s an honor to be recognized by our peers in the industry as a high-quality producer who manages and succeeds with multiple clients and facilities. The STAR Award for High Call Volume was created to recognize companies that field thousands of calls per day in support of multiple products. Typically, these companies have hundreds of support representatives and a wide range of products to support. In order to compete, the support center must handle over 10,000 calls per week. The winning company must demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction while handling the high volume of calls.

Applications for all STAR awards are reviewed by a SSPA committee, comprised of senior support executives from several leading software companies.
