One of the highlights of Horizons 2002 will be the Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) Awards for 2001 that will be presented at a gala dinner on Monday evening of the Conference. Competing companies undergo a rigorous self-nominating process, and winners are selected by SSPA's Advisory Board Members.
