SSPA Advisory Board Adds Key Executive From McKesson Corporation

(San Diego, CA July 30, 2002) – The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the leading industry Association for service and support professionals, announced today the appointment of Suzanne Jeanson of McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK), to the SSPA Advisory Board.

“We’re very pleased to have Suzanne join our other Advisory Board service and support executives.” said Bill Rose, SSPA Founder/CEO. “Her extensive industry experience with a large corporation makes her a great addition to the SSPA Advisory Board.”

As VP of Quality Initiatives at McKesson Information Solutions, Jeanson manages the Support Standards, Development Standards, Corporate Documentation, and After- Hours Support departments. The Support Standards organization is focused on improving the quality and productivity of McKesson Information Solution’s customer support centers. As a result of the Support Standards initiative, 15 centers have achieved SCP certification. In parallel, Development Standards is preparing McKesson Information Solution’s 22 development centers for Capability Maturity Model (CMM) assessments. By way of background, Jeanson has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State. She joined McKesson in 1995 as a Senior Applications Analyst for Pathways R&D and has since served as an Enterprise Project Manager, Director of Enterprise Consulting Services, Customer Advocate, and Executive Director of Internal Services.
