TIMECRUISER SELECTS SPLASHNET.COM FOR WEB-BASED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

Leading Subscription CRM Service Signs Over 1000 Users in First Three Months

FAIRFIELD, N.J. – October 31, 2000 – Splashnet.com today announced that it has been selected by Timecruiser Computer Corporation (TCC), a leading developer of innovative Internet-based collaborative calendaring and scheduling applications, to provide an entirely Web-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution. By adding TCC to its customer list, Splashnet has enrolled more than 1,000 users since launching its low-cost, fully featured CRM solution in June 2000. Splashnet will enable Timecruiser’s executives and sales force to more efficiently manage their customers, regardless of location, through Splashnet’s web-based service.

According to Jeanne Foulon, TCC’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Splashnet.com will provide enhanced customer and account management capabilities to the company’s growing sales force, and help extend its market leadership position. The company’s first Java-based product, Timecruiser, launched in 1997, has won multiple awards, and is widely used in education, government, and healthcare. Building on the success of Timecruiser, the company developed two new products, designed specifically for the education market. CampusCruiser.com and SchoolCruiser.com have become the leading platforms for campus- wide knowledge sharing for the higher education and K-12 schools markets respectively.

“We looked carefully at the competitors and concluded that Splashnet delivered the most functionality and was the best value proposition for our organization,” Foulon said.  “We were searching for a cost effective solution that would provide management and our sales reps with a serious business tool to assist them, and we believe we have found it.”

Splashnet is a pure Internet-based application portal designed to enable small and mid-sized businesses to quickly and inexpensively deploy a fully functional CRM, e-Business and fulfillment system. Using the unique subscription service, companies are able to track all points of entry into their business, manage customer contacts, and deliver critical customer information to their sales, marketing, customer service, and management staff, as well as conduct business across the Web. The basic subscription price for Splashnet is $49.95 per user per month.
