LEADING DESIGN FIRM CHOOSES VISUAL ELK FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT INITIATIVE

Award-Winning CRM Software From StayinFront, Inc. Will Help Lamin-Art Increase Efficiency, Boost Sales Volume

FAIRFIELD, N.J. - October 2, 2000 - StayinFront, Inc. announced today that Lamin-Art, the design leader in decorative laminates, has chosen its award-winning Visual Elk software for a company-wide customer relationship management (CRM) solution. The Visual Elk system will enable the company to automate all sales, marketing, and customer support applications.

According to Matthew Krog, Lamin-Art Executive Vice President, the Chicago-based company expects the new system will enable the company to streamline its sales process, reduce paperwork by as much as 20 percent, and significantly increase sales volume.

“The primary factor in our selection of Visual Elk was its flexibility that allows us not only to configure the solution to meet our immediate business needs, but also to quickly and easily modify the system as those requirements change.
