MCKEE FOODS CORPORATION SELECTS STAYINFRONT TO PROVIDE COMPLETE CRM SOLUTION

Leading Food Distributor Will Deploy Visual Elk(TM) System to Manage Sales Opportunities, Improve Delivery of Customer Service, Maximize ROI

FAIRFIELD, N.J. - September 20, 2000 - StayinFront, Inc. announced that Tennessee-based McKee Foods Corporation, makers of America's leading snack cake Little Debbie brand, has selected it to implement and support a powerful customer relationship management (CRM) system based on the award-winning Visual Elk(TM) software. The new system is designed to improve sales territory management; provide more complete and up-to-date information to sales representatives; and integrate sales and marketing functions to enhance selling, facilitate faster market penetration and improve customer satisfaction.

McKee Foods, with annual sales of $860 million, has a brand line of more than 60 snacks including Oatmeal Creme Pies and Nutty Bars. The product line is available nationwide in U.S. grocery and convenience stores, as well as through vending machines. McKee Foods' other line, Sunbelt, includes 20 fruit snack, granola bar, and cereal products also sold through the same outlets.

StayinFront was selected for the project after an in-depth search that began with the twelve perceived market leaders in the CRM arena. "We contacted the top twelve CRM companies, as ranked by a trade magazine and began the long process of evaluating these companies and their software. After more than six months of evaluation, we selected StayinFront," said Jerry Griswold, SIS manager, McKee Foods Corporation. "We were particularly impressed with Visual Elk's ability to be quickly configured to meet our exact needs and the ease of use. We are confident that it will quickly deliver positive results for McKee Foods. Visual Elk will provide the information needed to allow us to better manage our territories and incorporate the many marketing programs we have. McKee employees will be more informed and better prepared to manage their territories and assist the independent distributor of McKee products," Griswold said.

Visual Elk is a highly flexible application that allows organizations to rapidly implement fully configured and integrated enterprise-wide CRM solutions. The system is designed to specifically support unique sales and marketing requirements, as well as integrate with backend systems. Additional benefits derived from the implementation of the Visual Elk system will be better enterprise-wide coordination of efforts and communications across McKee's organization. StayinFront will configure and implement Visual Elk to automate McKee Foods' Field Sales Organization throughout the United States.
