The World's Finest Resorts is participating in an early adopters program of Siebel Systems' new hosted offering, Siebel CRM OnDemand, specifically designed to meet the growing market demand for fast, easy, and affordable customer relationship management (CRM).
The World's Finest Resorts needed a solution to replace its customized software system, which was more transactional than customer-oriented.
