General Orthodontic is among the early adopters of Siebel Systems' new hosted offering, Siebel CRM OnDemand, specifically designed to meet the growing market demand for fast, easy, and affordable customer relationship management.

General Orthodontic, a privately held startup, provides product support services to dentists who wish to offer their patients the new Invisalign method of straightening teeth. General Orthodontic was faced with a challenge of needing to manage hundreds of new sales leads, and therefore needed a CRM solution that would not only manage these leads, but also manage costs and maintain high levels of customer service in order to grow the company.
After considering building its own CRM system and evaluating other hosted options on the market, General Orthodontic selected Siebel CRM OnDemand. Central to the company's decision were the analytics capabilities inherent in the Siebel solution: "Siebel CRM OnDemand offered the opportunity to keep our customer data in a central location," said Treadwell.
