Sideware and DoxSys Team Up To Offer Real Time Online Customer Service

RESTON, VA, Aug. 31 - Sideware (OTC (BB): SDWSF and CDNX: SYD.U), a leading developer of customer service solutions for e-business, and DoxSys, Inc., a provider of workflow solutions for business and government, have teamed up to offer DoxSys' customers live, web-based electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) service. As a new Sideware e-business partner, the Bethesda, Maryland-based DoxSys will integrate Sideware's 100% Java eCRM solution, Dr. Bean, into DoxSys' business solution offering.
