VisionCompass Selects ServiceWare For Enhanced Client Support and Self-Service

eService Suite Solution to Provide Enhanced Customer Support for VisionCompass Clients

OAKMONT, PA- September 13, 2000 - ServiceWare Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SVCW), a leading provider of eService solutions, announced today that VisionCompass Inc., an international supplier of collaborative enterprise management software, has implemented its eService Suite 3.0 to provide personalized, automated eService tailored to the needs of their customers, partners and employees. VisionCompass is using ServiceWare’s technology within its support centers to allow customer service representatives quick and easy access to solutions to customer inquiries, and leverages its knowledge base to allow customer self-service over the Web.
