ServiceWare Technologies, Inc. Announces Initial Public Offering
OAKMONT, Pa.--Aug. 25, 2000--ServiceWare Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:SVCW>) today announced the initial public offering of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol SVCW.The initial public offering price for the 4,500,000 shares offered by ServiceWare was $7 per share. ServiceWare has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The managing underwriter of the offering is C.E. Unterberg, Towbin.
