"The IDX Carecast management team and Service Delivery Managers are true customer advocates,” said Jerry Concannon, SCP auditor. “The Carecast team excels in keeping customers informed of the many aspects of support that impact their operations.”
IDX is a member of a prestigious group of leading technology companies that have achieved the sought-after SCP Certification, including Lockheed Martin Incorporated, Network Appliance Incorporated, Rockwell Automation, Nokia, Sage Software, EMC and Xerox Corporation, among others.
