WHO: Servicesoft Technologies announces that two of its customers were selected by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) for its annual "Ten Best Web Support Sites" list. Cisco Systems and Intel Corporation use Servicesoft's premier Internet Customer Service solutions to provide fast, accurate and intuitive customer support from their Web sites.
WHAT: Cisco Systems uses Servicesoft's Knowledge Builder, an expert knowledge base, and Web Advisor, a problem resolution tool, to offer expert self-help technical support to their customers via the Internet. The combination of Web Advisor and Knowledge Builder allows Cisco customers to easily and conveniently trouble shoot technical problems on their own, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Intel Corporation uses Servicesoft's Knowledge Builder and Web Advisor for both internal support and to meet the service needs of their external customers. Web Advisor was implemented for the launch of Intel's AnyPoint Home Network to support consumer inquiries. Both Web Advisor and Knowledge Builder enable Intel to offer problem resolution in a fashion that consumers have grown to expect from the Web 24 hour access, convenience, ease and speed.
