ServicePower successfully integrates its field service scheduling solution with PeopleSoft CRM using SPwr/Connect


     Annapolis, MD, Nov. 27, 2000 – ServicePower (LSE: SVR), a leading global developer and supplier of field service scheduling software for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, together with PeopleSoft (Nasdaq: PSFT), a leading provider of eBusiness software, today announced delivery of their “customer ready,” integrated product using SPwr/Connect.

SPwr/Connect is a comprehensive, modular and supported software interface layer that combines the power of PeopleSoft CRM with the automated, intelligent scheduling and dispatch capability of SERVICEPower.  The integration of these two applications produces an optimal solution for scheduling and dispatch of field technicians in the Customer Services Market.  SPwr/Connect provides a seamless transfer of information between PeopleSoft and SERVICEPower applications.
