Elisa will use SERVICEPower to schedule 400 technicians who install and service ADSL high-speed Internet access in homes and businesses throughout Finland. “We reviewed a number of scheduling systems and selected SERVICEPower when we saw the benefits that the product could deliver and realized that we would be supported by a local Finnish company,” commented Ari Kuusisto, head of the Elisa service operation.

“We are delighted to have been selected by another company in the communications marketplace and to introduce SERVICEPower to Finland at Elisa. The company’s technological innovation has given them a very strong position in the Finnish telecommunications market,” said Derek Crumpton, general manager Europe for ServicePower. “ServicePower has been receiving a lot of interest from Nordic countries in recent months, and we hope to establish a customer base within Northern Europe to mirror that within the UK and the U.S.,” he added.
