Second Siemens operation to choose ServicePower

Annapolis, MD, September 23, 2003 -- ServicePower (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies) (LSE: SVR), a global developer and supplier of workforce optimization software for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, today announced that Siemens Communications, one of the UK’s leading communications suppliers, has chosen ServicePower’s workforce optimization software to schedule its service operations workforce of more than 200 engineers throughout the UK.
