Studies) (Nasdaq: RNOW - News) today announced that it was ranked No. 1 in CRMGuru.com's recent study of CRM solution providers, based on its highest CustomerThink Relationship Quality Index (CRQI) score. RightNow beat out Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, Siebel and others for top honors.
CRMGuru's CRQI is an assessment of both the vendor's solution and the quality of its relationships with its customers. In addition to receiving the top overall CRQI score, RightNow ranked the highest out of all the CRM vendors in CRMGuru's measurement of customer satisfaction. RightNow also took first-place overall honors in the Customer Service category, for which it received a CRMGuru Summit Award in June 2005.

CRMGuru calculated CRQI scores based on 2,500 qualifying surveys collected from June 2004 through May 2005 from CRM vendors' customers and partners.
