RightNow Technologies Recruits Sean Forbes for VP of Marketing and Business Development

Bozeman, MT (December 10, 2001) – RightNow Technologies, a leading global provider of eService solutions, today announced the appointment of Sean C.  Forbes as the company’s vice president of marketing and business development.
In his new position, Mr. Forbes will be responsible for extending RightNow’s continuous revenue growth and dominance in the eService marketspace.

Mr. Forbes comes to RightNow from Trilogy Software, the industry leader in sales configuration software, where he held the vice president of business development position.  Previous to his tenure at Trilogy, Mr. Forbes led numerous domestic and international leveraged buy-out engagements with Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group.

Mr. Forbes is a decorated veteran of the United States Navy.  He served from 1990 to 1994 as a Surface Warfare Officer and deployed during the Persian Gulf War.  After returning, he went on to lead SEAL trained boarding teams in counter-narcotics deployments.  He was also a Foreign Exchange Officer with both the Japanese and Indonesian Navies.

Mr. Forbes received his MBA from Harvard University in 1996 and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 1990.
