“I attended the first RightNow User Conference earlier this year, and was impressed with the quality of information presented,” said Rick Pierson, manager of the North American Technical Assistance Center at International Rectifier based in El Segundo, CA. “I walked away from the conference armed with numerous ideas which our company has now successfully implemented. I strongly recommend this conference as a ‘must-attend’ event for any support professional who wants to leverage the Internet to build stronger and more profitable relationships with their customers.”
