“Sending email isn’t easy, but companies that offer services in the form creating, sending and measuring proactive communication, have better odds to win in the marketplace,” Scott Heimbrodt, CEO of Quris, said. “Leveraging our extensive experience of managing email marketing programs for Fortune 1,000 brands, we look forward to working with the RightNow team to develop email marketing programs that best meet each customer’s corporate objectives.”
Since 1999, Quris has helped Fortune 1000 leading brands solve complex email needs by providing client focus and best-of-breed customer-centric email solutions. Quris’s View from the Inbox™, its third annual survey of consumer behavior and attitudes toward email, has helped brand Quris as an email company that increasingly personalizes email as a one-to-one conversational medium for clients and their customers. Together, the experienced Strategic Consulting, Technology, Platform and Analytics and Research teams at Quris are able to translate knowledge of consumer email behavior into client recommendations that dramatically increase ongoing customer engagement and profitable results.
“To optimize email as a marketing channel on a large scale, enterprise-level businesses require technology as well as email expertise that they often don’t possess or lack the resources to develop internally,” Sean Forbes, vice president of marketing and business development at RightNow, said. “This partnership with Quris allows us to provide outsourced email marketing programs to our enterprise clients who are looking for a true marketing partner to address their complex customer communication needs and meet their overall marketing objectives.”
