RightNow CEO and Technology Honored by CRM Magazine With 2005 CRM Leader Awards (email this article)

Gianforte was named one of six Influential Leaders, and RightNow CRM(TM) was named one of four Midmarket Suite CRM Leaders.

In bestowing the awards, CRM Magazine cited RightNow's high customer retention rate, voice-enabled CRM innovation, strong roots in customer service, and successful IPO.
