Gianforte was named one of six Influential Leaders, and RightNow CRM(TM) was named one of four Midmarket Suite CRM Leaders.
In bestowing the awards, CRM Magazine cited RightNow's high customer retention rate, voice-enabled CRM innovation, strong roots in customer service, and successful IPO.
"While many CRM vendors are watching their revenues limp along, [RightNow] experiences a consistent increase in its financial prosperity," Coreen Bailor wrote in her profile of Gianforte. "As of July 2005 RightNow continued to enjoy a remarkable revenue growth streak -- through 30 consecutive quarters -- and an impressive worldwide client roster."
CRM Magazine also gave Gianforte the appellation "The Gainer" because of RightNow's rapid ascent in the marketplace.
The awards were presented at a ceremony held at The Hotel Monaco in San Francisco, and were published in the October 2005 issue of CRM Magazine.
"We appreciate the recognition from CRM Magazine and we will continue to extend our leadership by delivering the on demand technology, services, and expertise that our customers need to maximize the lifetime value of their customers," Greg Gianforte, CEO and founder at RightNow, said.
