Studies) (NASDAQ: RNOW), a leading provider of on demand CRM software solutions, today announced that Ixio Corporation has selected RightNow CRM™ 7.0 to standardize its customer service, sales and marketing applications. Ixio is an emerging leader in technology and services for the legal industry. Its flagship product, QShift, is an on demand subscription service that helps law firms transfer knowledge among their legal staff and enforces best practices at the point of the legal document creation process. Ixio is using RightNow CRM to attain a 360-degree view into customer activities across its customer service, sales and marketing departments, and improve inter-departmental coordination.
RightNow CRM is comprised of three applications built on a common base: RightNow Service™, an award-winning multi-channel customer service and support application; RightNow Sales™, a powerful sales force automation application; and RightNow Marketing™, a multi-channel marketing automation application. By delivering real-time, actionable customer insight across departments, RightNow CRM empowers mid-sized and Global 2000 organizations to grow revenue, strengthen customer loyalty and increase operational efficiency at every customer interaction.
“By having our service, sales and marketing departments share a common customer data source, RightNow CRM gives us complete transparency into all customer activities and improves internal team communication,” Patrick Steele, vice president of Operations at Ixio, said. “For example, we can correlate the number and the types of customer service incidents that are related to an outgoing marketing promotion or a specific targeted sales campaign. Our team also uses the RightNow Marketing application to send proactive messages to our customers about upcoming product upgrades or new feature rollouts.”
In order to create greater customer service efficiencies, Ixio integrated its on demand application, QShift, with RightNow Service to provide users with seamless access to account and support functions in a safe and secure environment. Users who are logged into the QShift application can effortlessly access their personalized customer service accounts within Ixio’s customer support site, hosted by RightNow. Ixio also implemented selective data integration of product specific customer data from its internal data warehouse into the RightNow Service application.
“Because our standard subscription is priced at $55/month/user, we needed to streamline our customer communications to provide high quality service in a cost effective manner. We have knowledgeable customers who require timely, accurate and personalized support, and RightNow CRM has helped us to provide world-class customer service.”
