BOZEMAN, Mont., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RightNow® Technologies (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies) (Nasdaq: RNOW - News) today announced the appointment of several new vice presidents to its senior management team, as well as the promotions of Peter Dunning to president of field operations and Mike Myer to vice president of development and CTO. These appointments support the ongoing growth of RightNow's on demand CRM solutions business and reflect its continued expansion in both the private and public sectors.

RightNow hired Michael Saracini as vice president of North American sales. Michael brings more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience with AT&T Capital, Computer Associates, and Siebel Systems to the company. Prior to joining RightNow, Michael led all sales-related activities for Siebel Systems in the South Central region over a two-year period, and led a 200- person organization at Computer Associates with revenue responsibilities reaching $1.2 billion.

Steve Daines, who was previously RightNow's vice president of North America sales, has been appointed vice president of customer delivery, covering the company's global technical support, hosting, and professional services organizations.
