"I'm extremely pleased to welcome these executives to the RightNow team," said Greg Gianforte. "These appointments extend the depth and breath of our management team and provide us the leadership we need for continued global expansion."

RightNow Technologies is a recognized leader in the Internet customer service market, with an installed base of over 750 customers. RightNow's growth has been driven by its ability to deliver award-winning Internet customer service solutions that help companies create more profitable relationships with their customers.

Chuck Dourlet Leads RightNow's Worldwide Marketing Efforts

As vice president of marketing, Chuck Dourlet oversees RightNow's worldwide marketing function. His responsibilities include product marketing, market segmentation, positioning, brand development, advertising and public relations. Dourlet brings RightNow fourteen years of high profile industry experience, having served most recently as vice president of marketing for Compaq's (NYSE: CPQ) multibillion-dollar portable computing business. While at Compaq, Dourlet is credited with developing strategies that helped reinvigorate the growth of several Compaq product lines. "I joined RightNow because the company is well positioned in the Internet customer service market," said Dourlet. "RightNow has achieved an impressive level of maturity for such a young company. The management team is strong, the products are award-winning, and the customer base is impressive."

Steve Daines Leads RightNow's Worldwide Customer Service Operations

As vice president of customer service, Steve Daines oversees RightNow's worldwide customer service organization. His responsibilities include professional services, implementation services, technical support and hosting services. Prior to RightNow, Daines served a thirteen year career at Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG), where he most recently served six years overseeing P&G's product supply expansions in mainland China. Prior to that position, Daines spent seven years managing P&G's supply and manufacturing operations in the United States. Daines holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

"I am excited by the opportunity to build a company-wide global customer service organization whose mission is to consistently exceed the expectations of its customer base," said Daines. "RightNow Web, our flagship product offering, is architected for rapid deployment. By backing our products with extensive support and professional implementation services, our customers can exploit the full potential of Internet customer service in their businesses."

Alan Rassaby Leads Legal and Risk Management Initiatives
