RightAnswers Expands Executive Team with Appointment of Mark Sutter as Vice President of Engineering(email this article)

Clark, NJ – September 23, 2003 – RightAnswers (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies), LLC, a knowledge service provider and the recognized leader in the technical support knowledge base market, today announced that Mark Sutter, Ph.D., has joined the company as Vice President of Engineering. With expertise in developing enterprise search technology, Mr. Sutter will lead all product development initiatives for RightAnswers and help extend the company’s technical leadership. Working with both customers and partners, Mr. Sutter will define, enhance and expand the underlying technology of the RightAnswers’ Knowledge-Pak® product line.

Prior to RightAnswers, Mr. Sutter was with Inktomi Corporation, a leading web search provider. At Inktomi, Mr. Sutter was responsible for quality assurance of Inktomi’s Content Delivery Suite, which centralized the delivery of web content across the Internet. Additionally, he specialized in developing systems to automate processes in highly scalable and parallel search systems.

Mr. Sutter also worked for Verity, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRTY), a recognized leader in the enterprise search market. At Verity, Mr. Sutter designed and implemented enterprise search solutions for managing millions of documents that span multiple web servers deployed across a global network.
