November 12-15, 2001, will hold its expo at the Las Vegas Hilton and its
conference program at the MGM Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Customer 360 Conference & Expo Fall 2001, the leading business-to-business
industry event focuses on the challenges of customer relationship
management (CRM), will be held alongside COMDEX Fall 2001, the premier
global IT marketplace.

Customer 360 Conference & Expo will focus on ROI strategies and case
studies from CRM early adopters such as Jeeves Solutions, Datek, Charles
Schwab & Co., PeopleFirst.com and Sprint.  The exposition floor will be
open on Tuesday, November 13 and Wednesday, November 14.  Some of the
