Indianapolis, IN (March 3, 2003) - CRMAdvocate (www.crmadvocate.com), the worldwide source for CRM and contact center success stories, announced the Call for Voting for the 5th Annual Users Choice Program. The Users Choice Awards (www.userschoiceawards.com) annually recognize Best in Class products and services evaluated by the best judges - users. Last year more than 8,000 users judged almost a hundred products in more than a dozen categories.
Users should go to the Users Choice website at www.userschoiceawards.com to rate the customer management products and services they use on a regular basis. "This program utilizes the best judge available, the actual users. This is the only way to really test satisfaction, fit and ROI," said Gary Lemke, President of RealMarket. RealMarket managed the awards program for the first four years. Voters will be entered in a drawing for a $100 (US) cash prize to be presented after the awards are presented in August.
This year, the User's Choice Awards is sponsored by the CRMAdvocates that includes an elite list of industry stakeholders: industry analysts, associations, publications, event producers, solution providers, and leading web destinations including Advanstar, AFSMI, Consortium for Service Innovation, CRM Association, CRM Magazine, CRMXchange, DCI, Help Desk Institute, Help Desk 2000, Integrated Solutions Magazine, Peppers and Rogers Group, RealMarket and SearchCRM. (See a complete list of CRMAdvocates in the last paragraph - About CRMAdvocate.)
Entry is Still Open
The cost of entry is $199 per product. Voting will run until June 30, 2003. Solution providers can register products and services until this date but late registration reduces the amount of time available for users to vote.
