eGLOBAL TECHNOLOGY APPOINTS MS LIM CHIN CHIN AS REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR QUINTUS ASIA PACIFIC

SINGAPORE - 31 July 2000 - eGlobal Technology Asia Pacific, an Asia Pacific based eBusiness software and services firm, today announced the appointment of Ms Lim Chin Chin as regional vice president for Quintus Asia Pacific, a provider of contact centre solutions for e-customer relationship management (eCRM). Instrumental in successfully setting up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business units for several hi-tech organisations, Chin Chin is responsible for leading and managing the sales, marketing and support operations for Quintus in Asia Pacific.

This appointment follows the announcement on the partnership between Quintus Corporation and eGlobal Technology Asia Pacific to significantly expand Quintus' worldwide presence into the Asia Pacific market.

She has been keynote speaker at several call centre conferences and developed close working relationships with various players in this arena. Most recently, she was Asia Pacific regional sales manager, Call Centre Technology Group, for Cincom Systems. Under her management, Cincom rapidly gained market leadership in India.
