CONVERGYS CORPORATION CHOOSES PRAGMATECH SOLUTIONS TO OPTIMIZE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

Billing and Customer Care Services Outsourcer Looking To Improve Proposal Quality, Processes

Amherst, NH, October 1, 2001 -- Pragmatech Software, Inc., a leading provider of sales effectiveness software, has announced that Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), the global leader in integrated billing and customer care services, has purchased Pragmatech’s proposal automation solutions.  The implementation will enable Convergys to increase the productivity and effectiveness of its sales organization in pursuing new business opportunities.
