Studies), the worldwide leader in improving sales effectiveness through personalized communications, today named 20-year professional services veteran Laura Gere as vice president of services. Leading the next phase of the company’s Customer Success initiative, she will focus on building an enterprise-level service structure that creates even higher levels of sales effectiveness, integrating Pragmatech solutions with a customer’s other demand chain applications, such as CRM and lead generation.
Gere has developed professional service solutions for Fortune 500 corporations and emerging companies across multiple industries, including financial services, technology, health care and insurance. Most recently, at MasterCard Advisors she specialized in helping companies extract the maximum value from their investments in CRM systems, leading engagements with Bank of America, The Hartford Insurance Group, BMW Financial Services and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. In previous professional service roles at Arthur Anderson, Dialogos and Extraprise, she successfully implemented customer-facing infrastructures that embodied best practice mixes of people, process and technology.
